• The cost of packaging will vary depending upon the quantity of Uro-Goals purchased - This cost will be advised prior to goods dispatch.
• Registered post is available at cost to the customer.
• The distribution of purchased Uro-Goal products is stock dependant.
• BDOB Limited will do its utmost to distribute the Uro-Goal product within 5 working days of purchase but orders can take up to 30 days for delivery.
• BDOB Limited reserves the right to distribute the quantity ordered within three to four weeks of purchase.

• All sales outside the UK EXCLUDE VAT and duties - if applicable, these are to be paid directly by the customer upon receipt of goods

• Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns.

• Any details provided to Uro-Goal will not be passed on to any third parties.
